Features, pricing, and availability are agreed with each customer individually and are subject to that customer’s own agreement with us.
You may use this website for its intended purpose — learning about Arbor and contacting us. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to breach its security, scrape it in ways that disrupt it, or present yourself as someone else when contacting us. Content on this site is provided for information only and does not form a binding offer.
If you purchase kiosks, software, or support from Arbor, the contract you sign with us governs that relationship. Where these website terms and your customer agreement differ, the customer agreement prevails for that business relationship.
Kiosks placed at a property are operated on that property’s behalf. When you use a kiosk as a guest, your check-in is subject to the privacy notice and policies of that property. Please treat kiosk hardware with care and follow the on-screen instructions; damage caused deliberately or negligently may be charged to the responsible party under the property’s own terms.
Our services connect to third-party property management systems and booking platforms. Those systems are operated by their own providers under their own terms, and we can’t accept responsibility for their availability or accuracy. We’ll always work with you to resolve integration issues promptly.
All content on this website — including text, design, logos, and imagery — belongs to Arbor Solutions or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission, beyond what is needed to browse the site.
We aim to keep this website and our services available at all times, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance, third-party outages, or events beyond our reasonable control may affect availability. Customers with support agreements receive the response times set out in those agreements.
Neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or revenue, arising from use of this website or our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
